Delete your account
In the app or on the web
- Sign in at app.neergo.in/account, or open Account in the NeerGo app.
- Under Delete your account, type DELETE and confirm.
If a delivery is still on its way, or you manage a society with an unpaid bill or other members, the app tells you what to finish first.
What we delete
Your name, mobile number and saved addresses, your society memberships, and any active plans (cancelled).
What we keep
Records of past deliveries and payments, without your name or number, for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Partners and drivers
Partner and driver accounts are closed by NeerGo, because trips and payouts need settling first. Write to partners@neergo.in from your registered details.
Can't sign in?
Write to hello@neergo.in with your registered mobile number and we will delete the account for you.
