What we collect

• Account details: your name and mobile number, which you use to sign in with a one-time code.
• Delivery details: your address, the map pin for your gate, sump size, gate-to-sump distance and delivery instructions.
• Orders and plans: tanker size, delivery days and slots, delivery status, delivery codes and ratings.
• For partners: business, vehicle, driver and bank details needed to assign trips and make payouts.

How we use it

Only to run NeerGo: to place you in a delivery zone, show your zone's prices, schedule and complete deliveries, pay partners, handle support, and keep the service safe. We do not sell your information.

Who sees it

The partner and driver assigned to a delivery see your name, phone number, address, map pin and delivery notes for that delivery only. NeerGo staff see what they need to support you.

Service providers that help us run NeerGo, such as cloud hosting, database, maps, messaging and payment providers, process data on our instructions and for no other purpose.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored with our cloud hosting and database providers, in data centres in Singapore and on our hosting provider's network. It is encrypted in transit and at rest.

How long we keep it

We keep account and order records while your account is open and for as long as tax and accounting rules require afterwards. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your choices

You can view and correct your details in the app, and ask for a copy of your data or for deletion by writing to hello@neergo.in.
